Applying for a doctorate

training in formal semantics

training in formal semantics

I supervise students in semantics  and  pragmatics. If you are interested in applying to work with me on your doctorate, you'll need prior training in formal semantics. You should also contact me ahead of time to discuss your dissertation  project.

If you would like postgraduate training in formal semantics, this is possible through our MPhil course.

If you're interested in applying to one of our undergraduate courses in linguistics (PPL or MLL), please see here and sample Interview 1 & Interview 2.
